Savills: UK hotel investment reaches £3.82 billion, surpassing 2023 full year total
UK hotel investment transactions reached an estimated £626 million in Q3 2024, according to Savills, 54% up on Q3 2023 figures. To put these numbers into context, the current year to date total stands at £3.82 billion, surpassing the total 2023 volume by £1.6 billion. Forecasts predict year-end volumes to reach £5 billion, bringing activity back in line with 2019 levels.
