Dallas, TX – HotelBrokerOne (“HB1”) completed the sale of the Comfort Suites in NW Dallas, Texas.  This limited service, comprehensively renovated, 103-unit 4 story hotel is located near Love Field and adjacent to the I-35 corridor.  The hotel was sold May 19, 2021 for an undisclosed price to a California buyer with previous hotel experience.  The new owner will manage the hotel as a Comfort Suites.
