I wish to inform you that in order to organize our annual event in Lugano in total safety, the EHMA Management Council together with the Swiss Organizing Committee and its Chairman Giuseppe Rossi have deemed it appropriate to postpone the date for a few weeks and to move the working sessions to the LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura, the new cultural center of Lugano, to have larger spaces so as to keep the social distance and participate in the meeting in complete serenity.
I am therefore pleased to announce that the new date of the 47th General Assembly of EHMA will be from Saturday 5 to Monday 7 June 2021. The Friday/Sunday-format changes, but the program doesn't! In fact, on Saturday afternoon there will be the annual AGM and the welcome evening will follow, while the whole day on Sunday will be dedicated to the speakers to conclude with a memorable gala evening at the Hotel Splendide.
The Organizing Committee is contacting all speakers to finalize the agenda and we will inform you accordingly as soon as it is available. Likewise, the official website www.ehmalugano2020.com will be updated and registrations reopened.
